- Detailed physical site survey, soil stratification, and contour testing.
- Verification of local panchayat/municipality road access and setback rules.
- Final architectural drawings approved by registered engineers or licensed architects.
- Mutually executed written construction agreements with itemized Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
2. Turnkey Milestone Execution
All active construction projects operate on legally binding milestone contracts. Payments are collected incrementally upon formal inspection and certification of structural stages (Foundation, Plinth Beam, Lintel, Roof Slab Casting, Masonry, Plastering, and Finishing).
3. Architectural IP & Designs
All architectural renderings, 3D visualizations, elevation drawings, floor plans, and website imagery published by Kerala Home Builders are protected by copyright laws. Reproduction without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and all turnkey construction agreements executed by Kerala Home Builders shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
